Our Commitment to You: Strike Streamlining is dedicated to providing efficient, high-quality digital solutions. Because every special district has a unique combination of existing technology and staff skill sets, we customize our approach to meet your specific needs. While we strive for perfection, final project outcomes depend on the available tools and the client's collaborative input.

Service & Delivery

Platform: All services are rendered virtually via Google Meet, utilizing Google Workspace and/or Microsoft tools.

Scheduling: Once a project is purchased, our office will reach out to you within two business days to schedule your first session. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as time slots are limited.

Project Scope: Pricing reflects a standard project scope designed for most special districts. While we are committed to your success, packages have a finite duration. Should your district's specific technology or volume of records require time beyond the standard allocation, your consultant will provide a transparent estimate for the additional support needed to cross the finish line.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Notice: We value your time and ours. A minimum of two business days' advance notice is required to reschedule a session.

Missed Sessions: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for missed sessions without the required notice.

Sales Policy: To ensure consistent service availability for all districts, all sales are final.

Usage & Liability

Professional Use: Services and materials are provided solely for the internal use of the purchasing District. Documentation and proprietary workflows are not to be recorded, shared, resold, or distributed to third parties.

Waiver: By purchasing or using Strike Streamlining services, the Buyer agrees to waive any claims for liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the use of delivered products, technical data, or related consulting or training activities.
